NU-IRON^® 150

NU-IRON^® 150 is a capsule that can be taken once or twice a day and contains 150 mg of Elemental Iron (as a polysaccharide-iron complex).

As you will see NU-IRON^® 150 contains more elemental iron than most other products and can generally be taken once-a-day.

NU-IRON^® uses a polysaccharide-iron complex that is well absorbed and well tolerated resulting in effective iron therapy without unwanted gastrointestinal side effects. Other Ingredients:

Benzyl Alcohol, Butylparaben, D & C Red #28, D & C Red #7, Edetate Calcium Disodium, F D & C Blue #1, F D & C Yellow #6, FD & C Red #40, Gelatin, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Methylparaben, Pharmaceutical Glaze, Povidone, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Propionate, Starch, Sucrose, Titanium Dioxide.

DOSAGE

Adults, one or two capsules daily. Children, as directed by a physician.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

INDICATIONS: A preparation for the treatment of uncomplicated iron deficiency anemias.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis or a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

CAPSULES ARE INDIVIDUALLY SEALED AND BOX ENDS ARE TAPED. IF SEALS OR TAPE ARE BROKEN OR MISSING, DO NOT USE.

Store at controlled room temperature 15⁰-30⁰C (59⁰-86⁰F)
